So I found that the world actually is flat, because I fell off of it.
To all out there, I am indeed alive! My sincerest apologies for the lack of updates. I've found that once again, I managed to disappear. I'm sure that you've heard all of the excuses of the lack of internet available, but I do claim that six weeks without internet can make blogging an unnecessarily complicated task! But lo! I am here for the moment!
I definitely plan to be updating more often, perhaps I may just set a day for updates. We'll see how that goes in the future. I have been slightly keeping up with events in my journal. (THANK YOU Mary for supplying me with it! I truly am happy to be using it!!) So before too much longer the journal entries should be translated to binary form and sent out over the internet!
The one thing that I will say is that I am very impressed with my ability to adapt to the lack of technology. I actually feel a little bit released that I cannot access anything or anyone. Although I do have a phone now, so I guess I'm back to depending on a few things. It is refreshing knowing that "Ah well! There's nothing I can do but to just go with it!"
On a VERY short, but to be elongated note, I am enjoying myself here immensely! I DO NOT like the cold, but it is warming up a bit. Yes, I'm still sleeping in my flannel, my robe and my two pairs of heavy socks, but I have forgone the fleece gloves and the fleece hat. I say, there must be some global warming where I am located! ^__^ Heck! It could be summer soon at this rate!
I do not have anything planned this weekend, so perhaps I will get caught up on all of these updates that I have promised you. So until next time, Slan anois!
