Estoy en España...

hellooooo

so i went to Merida... not the other place i said. i am stupid. anyway, Merida was amazing! Roman ruins are pretty amazing... then we went to Caceres, which has a medieval neighborhood. that was super awesome too
we all went to this kareokee bar that night. they loved us loud abnoxious americans there. lol especially when we danced flamenco for them all, haha.
then the next day was spent in a town called Trujillo. there we saw more medieval things. it is the town that Pizarro is from. anyway, there was this amazing castle there. got to walk along the castle wall and see the beautiful town of Trujillo, amazing

this weekend i am staying in sevilla. my roommate and a big group are going to Barcelona this weekend. but i am going with alex when he gets here in novemeber. cant wait!!!!! i heard its an AMAZING modern city here in spain. with amazing architecture

anyway, going to a discoteca tonight with some friends. my friend just got a job there for advertising so should be a good time.
feeling a little down today... i need to dance! lol

hola mis amores!

so i am here at school waiting for my flamenco class to begin... yay flamenco
i have learned 3 parts to an endless flamenco dance. not sure how many parts it will have, but yeah...
i have to work on my passión though... just have to stop thinking about what my feet are doing first... lol
this weekend going on a (free! yay!) trip to a town called Merenguez. supposedly it has a lot of roman ruins... expect facebook pictures!

um... what else? classes are going well. i have to focus a lot more because... its in spanish! ha, so no dosing off like usual... sad

i said i would start running, but 1. i hate running, 2. there is dog poop everywhere and 3. i am scared of guys with cuchillos (knives)... did you know spain has a very strict gun policy? yep... so everyone has knives instead, whooo...

anyway i guess i will go dance now. dance teacher´s name is Lola... go figure.

hola,

this weekend i went to Lagos, Portugal. its on the southern coast of the country. its a beach town with the most beautiful beaches i have ever seen. the water is so clear and blue green.... the weather was beautiful and sunny. i got my tan back =)

and now i am sick. being sick at WU made me miss my mama a whole lot. i miss having someone to take care of me and scratch my back and make me soup...
but being sick in a whole different country is even worse. not only do i miss my mama but i miss my friends, my boyfriend, and just actual people i can communicate to in english about what is wrong... i cant read centigrade thermometers....

anyway, i think i will sleep or try to find some orange juice in this city. all i drink all day is water and a cup of hot tea in the morning with my toast... i am so not getting very many vitamins here... but a whoooole lot of carbs =(

being sick also makes me mad at spain. stupid spanish diets... and weather. i am sooo hot and miserable. grrrrrr....

ok i will stop now. i hope you all are feeling much better than me. and when you drink your orange juice, think of me...
take your vitamins...
