Sascha's Wednesday Shift
Today was really quiet and calm. A couple of people were in here working on different projects, nothing major. I stayed here until Raution came to cover Zhanna's shift.
Today is my last day working in the LLC, what a great year it has been. I thought that Natalia would be here today to say goodbye to, but she is out somewhere. I've left my contact information on the LLC drive in my folder. Please feel free to write, skype, or facebook with me! Have a wonderful summer and congratulations to our graduates!

Monday shift
Today started out exciting because we couldn't find the keys. We didn't need them so it wasn't too bad. Kelsey came in with them and it solved the problem. There is a girl working on her French speaking project in the PIT... she will come by and ask for it to be locked up! Important! Chek on her anyway just to make sure that she hasn't left yet. I made copies of RUssian books for Prof. Yashchenko and also talked with Beyza, Natalia, Heiki, Jessa, Marta, and Jacob. Enjoy the beautiful weather!

Sascha's long long long shift
Today's shift was the craziest shift I've had. I did alot of things and now need to have some bloodsugar. Heiki, I saved the correct program to the desktop. I didn't use the ones that you had because there was no audio to go with the video. Let's talk about it. I talked to Kris Lou and he didn't seem to concerned about the timeframe. OK I think that is all. I helped a Spainish professor with the scanner in the MMWR and wow that took a really long and involved time. Anyway have a good shift.

Sascha's shift
Today was a busy and productive day. Elizabeth, Beyza, Sydney, Ana, guys working on Russian RS, Lucia, Jacob, Misuzu. These were some of the many faces that graced the LLC today. I helped this guy with skype and mixxer. Kelsey, I think that on Monday morning someone should print out a hard copy of google calender for the LLC lab schedule and tape it to the door to WLTN 21. That way, it is out and about if people need it. Just a thought. Also, there is a birthday card for Raution that needs to be signed by everybody... it is located in the black cabinet by the pink heart key holder.

Sascha's shift
Today was a busy shift. I helped Elizabeth organize her Skype and Mixxer contacts. She knows how to use Skype now and also has all of her contacts loaded onto her account. Then I gave her a tutorial about Skype's basic functions and buttons. (Laugh Zhanna laugh...) Beyza and I checked Montag den big screen tv for a certain satellite channel. They didn't have it and that is all she wrote for that. Just a hint, when there is nobody in WLTN 21 it is really pleasant to open the door. This lowers the temperature of the crucible that we call the LLC.

Hey guys. Today was really slow. Rebecca came in to look at Russian RS. I copied scrubs dvds using roxio (a really awesome dvd copying program!). Chris and Lucia are looking at a design. Alex was in here. Natalia was in and out. One girl is chatting on skype.
The scrubs dvds are located inside the big jewel case where all of the blank dvds are stored. There are four of them and they will be picked up by their rightful owners (I don't know when, I sent out the email to them). Also Arrested Development is burning right now on Computer A. Please let it be. When it is done, there needs to be 3 copies made. A girl is coming in later to claim the disc. That is all I know.

Quick notes:
The printer jammed bad this morning. After about 15 minutes of fooling with it, I called in backup. Carter came down, (or his twin brother) and we worked on it and got it working. For future refrence, this printer is aging and we need to help it out by fanning the paper BEFORE we put it in the paper drawer. This is a crucial step. Also, I watered the plants in Walton 21. Natalia, the printer needs more toner soon... how do we acquire new toner?

Sascha's shift from 12.30-3.00
I uploaded the Chinese basic audio files to blackboard. I am starting work on a large project that consists of making a video tutorial of Le Petit Robert that would outline some specific features of the program. If anybody is interested in helping it would be greatly appreciated. Peace

Wednesday night
I covered Kei's shift tonight. A bit hectic with the French club trying to find the VGA cables. Important! The French club locked up the nice speakers for computer A in the Walton 21 cabinet at the front of the room. Please get those and hook them back up. Also spanish videos on computer B and G are rendering and should be done sometime tonight. I didnt get a chance to start backing up videos onto the external hard drive and that should be done. Thanks!
