If you happen to cross Pearl District, Portland, let’s stop by a restaurant name Pho hung. I bet you will like it from the first taste: http://www.pho-hung.com/
Phở is a Vietnamese national food which is vẻry popular and can be found almost everywhere in
Vietnam. It has become the pride of the country. Phở (Vietnamese pronunciation) often written pho in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the U.S, is a Vietnamese beef and noodle soup. The soup includes noodles made from rice and is often served with basil, lime, bean sprouts and peppers that are added to the soup by the consumer.

Phở is served in a bowl with a specific cut of white rice noodles (called bánh phở’) in a clear beef broth, with thin cuts of beef (steak, fatty flank, lean flank, brisket).
