My name is Ilka and I am happy to be the German teaching assistant for this year at WU!
I am 24 years old and I am doing my Master in German and English to become a teacher. I come from Münster which is a lively student’s city in the North-West in Germany. Münster has about 50 000 students and unlike WU it is not a campus university but the faculties are distributed all over the city. I am interested in traveling and learning more about other countries. From 2009 to 2010 I spent two semesters studying in Uppsala, Sweden and I gained some great experiences abroad. After a great welcoming I am very excited about getting to know WU and of course about meeting all of you!
