Thank you for people came to Otusukimi Party on last Saturday. I hope you enjoyed playing frisbee and eating Ichigo Daihuku by moonlight. Last Sunday, October 4th was the real full moon night, and I saw the harvest moon is one of the most beautiful of the year with its perfectly round shape.
If you liked the Ichigo Daihuku, try this recipe.
Ingredients(Makes 12); 1cup rice flour, / 1/4cup sugar / 2/3cup water / 12 strawberries / Whipped cream / Corn starch
1. Put water and sugar in aheat-resistant bowl and mix well.
2. Add rice flour in the bowl and mix well.
3. Put the bowl in microwave and heat the dough for 2 minutes and stir the dough. Heat the dough again until it inflates.
4. Stir the dough quickly, and dust a flat pan with some corn starch and put the dough. Dust hands, too.
5. Divide the dough into 12 pieces and make it flat and round.
6. Put a strawberry and whipped cream and wrap by stretching the dough. Make it round neatly!
**You can put sweet bean paste instead of whipped cream.**
