I lived on the other side of the river away from all the commotion of downtown with some of the best people I have ever met. I loved our cozy apartment. Just below us was a cafe by day and a bar by night filled with the most hip people you will ever lay your […]

The study abroad experience is often discussed between friends and strangers alike as the epitome of the college adventure. I landed in Prague with two guidebooks, and countless stories from UPCES alum about all the good times that were waiting for me in this post-iron curtain oasis. Nevertheless, it is important to note that in hindsight I find that while this image is certainly a start, it does not even begin to scratch the surface of how gorgeous and captivating Prague truly was.

I will start off by saying that it is very difficult to write down what it’s like to be in a foreign country for three and a half months of your life. But I will do my best to describe being in one of the most amazing cities in the world. The first day I […]

Of all sites in Prague that I went to over and over again due to showing visitors around the city, the Lennon Wall was the one that never, ever got old. This was partially due to the accidental hilarity when we arrived at the Lennon Wall and my visitor would remark that the entire time […]
